We’ve always believed in keeping things simple, fair, and affordable for our customers. That’s why, up until now, we’ve proudly offered free delivery on orders over £10.
However, due to the ongoing fuel crisis, the cost of running our deliveries has increased significantly. Like many small businesses, we’ve had to carefully look at how we can continue operating sustainably without passing increases onto our product prices.
After a lot of consideration, we’ve made the decision to introduce a small delivery fee.
Why we’ve made this change
Rather than increasing the prices of our products across the board, we wanted to keep our in-store and online prices as low as possible for everyone. Adding a small delivery fee allows us to do exactly that.
What this means for you
- Our product prices stay as low as possible
- A small delivery fee will now apply at checkout (£2.00)
- You’ll still receive the same reliable, local delivery service
Our drivers will continue to aim to deliver all orders by 1pm, although occasional delays may happen.
